ONE SIMPLE ACTIVITY
Just 3 minutes a day…
We all have a breath. We use it all day, every day from the time we are born to the time we die. We take for granted that the next breath will come but we don’t use it to our full potential.
Why not?

Most people have not been taught how to use their breath in a way that will make them feel better, help them sleep, settle their mind or give them time to think.
Teaching our youth and the people that support them mindful breathing, and for them to experience the benefits first hand sets them up for a lifelong activity they can use at any time, in any place, at any time and it is free.
Our one simple activity can be used by everyone and is a real life process to reduce stress and anxiety which is increasing in the student population as well as the teachers as additional pressures are added to everyday life inside and outside of the school environment. Using our whole school approach will prioritise students and teachers mental wellbeing, but this will not be where it ends.
You will also find as the program is embedded into the schools daily routine, the students and staff will look forward to this time every day. You will start to see an increase in emotional intelligence and self awareness. Increased concentration and reduced behavioural issues. Calmer classrooms and students who are ready to learn The younger students enjoy the magic we show them. The older students are looking for ways to help themselves through stressful times and the teachers are happy that it is taught by someone else and all they have to do is play a recording each day.
