STRONG Tweens Girls – Saturday 8 weeks term 3
STRONG Tweens is a Confidence, Self Esteem and Resilience program for girls aged 10-14 years.
STRONG Tweens is an empowering, supportive and uplifting program designed to help girls build confidence and resilience. This term based program includes 1.5 hour session each week. Each session includes all three Standing Strong components of;
Strong Body – Movement Strong Mind – Mindset Strong Heart – Mindfulness
Each weekly session focuses on a specific topic and includes 30 minutes of Movement, 30 minutes of Mindset and 30 minutes of Mindfulness.
