STRONG Teens is a Confidence, Self Esteem and Resilience program for girls in High School
STRONG Teens is an empowering, supportive and uplifting program designed to help girls build confidence and resilience. This term based program includes 1 hour and 15 minute session each week.
Each session includes all three Standing Strong components of;
Strong Body – Movement Strong Mind – Mindset Strong Heart – Mindfulness
Each weekly session focuses on a specific topic and includes 25 minutes of Movement, 25 minutes of Mindset and 25 minutes of Mindfulness.
